I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Bodywork Healthplex to complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) needed to support my VA disability claim.

"The experience was beautiful."

Any veteran will echo the rareness of these words and offer firsthand accounts of the nightmares they have encountered traversing through their personal disability evaluation processes. I have attended many veteran evaluations (coordinated by the VA) and can honestly say that nothing has come close to my experience with Bodyworx.

Upon entering the clinic, I was warmly welcomed by the practice's Veteran Resource Coordinator Loretta, who offered refreshments while she processed my intake paperwork. She took the time to explain the organizations mission and what to expect during the evaluation process. We spoke briefly before I was released to Dr. Hawkins for my scheduled DBQ window.

Dr. Hawkins provided a formal greeting and guided me to the patient room to begin the exam. I gave her my medical records and she asked some clinical questions while she thoroughly read through them. She echoed the expectations given to me by the Veterans Resource Coordinator before proceeding with the exam. The experience itself never felt cold, scripted, or rushed. Dr. Hawkins maintained a smile and displayed a great deal of attentiveness and care from beginning to end. She carefully listened to my concerns and ensured that I felt comfortable sharing very personal information about my disabilities.

I wish that I would have known about the availability of this organization sooner. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for experienced and trustworthy aid with their disability claim endeavors.
